Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers, having Depression anxiety stress score between 0-14

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anyone having history of systemic disease 2. Anyone on medication like antidepressants, steroids, immunosupressants, antiinflammatory medication, long-term antibiotics 3. Anyone having habit of smoking, alcoholism 4. Anyone undergoing treatments like orthodontic treatment or any dental treatment in last 3 months
