Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with grade II and grade III Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head 2. Patient having signs and symptoms of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head 3. Patients fit for Basti & Patrapinda Sweda 4. Patients fit for Virechana 5. Patients fit for Jalaukavcharana 6. Age- 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients known case of sickle cell anemia, Thalassemia, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Septic Arthritis and any active and serious systemic diseases.

1. Changes in MRI 2. Changes in Harris Hip Score Timepoint: 1. MRI (at basline day & after follow up) 2. Harris Hip Score (at 0th, after 1st cycle, after 2nd cycle, after 3rd cycle, follow up)
