Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who will undergo single valve replacement with or without tricuspid valve repair. CABG with single graft on cardiopulmonary bypass BMI 18.5 to 30 kg/ m 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergent cardiac surgery NYHA 4 Difficult airway History of stroke CKD on dialysis Liver disease Psychiatric disorder Drug abuse uncontrolled DM, HTN, Hypothyroidism Severe PAH
