Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 25years old, Smartphone usage more than 3hours per day, Having any of sign and symptoms of text neck syndrome that is neck pain, upper back pain, headache, tingling, numbness in hands, forward head posture, Willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent surgeries in the previous 12 months, History of congenital anomalies, History of trauma or fractures in the cervical spine, Thoracic outlet syndrome, Rheumatoid arthritis
