Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 2 to 8 years 2.ASA I or II 3.Normal airway anatomy 4.Informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital airway abnormalities 2.Difficult mask ventilation and difficult intubation. 3.Children with craniofacial anomalies. 4.Emergency or rapid sequence intubation cases. 5.Previous tracheal surgery or complications. 6.Refusal of consent
