Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years and above. 2. Present at the data collection time. 3. Willing to participate in the study. 4. Diagnosed hypertension on antihypertensive medication for more then one month. 5. Able to understand English and Hindi language, the local language used in the video 6. Willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. known case of severe cognitive impairment and psychiatric illness. 2. not willing to participate. 3. An individual diagnosed with hearing and visual impairment. 4. hospitalised and critically ill patients. 5. Participate in another adherence intervention.
