Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First onset of stroke Patient diagnosed with hemiparetic stroke Duration of stroke onset to 6 months Age between 30 to 60 years Both male and female patients Muscle strength of 2- to 2+ in upper extremity According to Kendall muscle test grading and Muscle tone of 0 to 1 according to the Modified Ashworth Scale Ability to follow simple instructions and indicated by a Montreal Cognitive Assessment MOCA score of 18 to 25 mild
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Cognitive disorders and perceptual disorders Patients with History of any other neurological deficits like parkinsonism and dementia, epilepsy Patients who have Inability to follow verbal instruction Patients with Musculoskeletal disorders and Severe cardiac diseases Patients with Aphasia and Unilateral neglect
