Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade 1 2 and 3 2.Undergoing Exploratory laparotomy 3.Extubated in OT and shifted to ICU 4.Hemodynamically stable 5.Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring Postoperative ventilation 2.Patients with Preexisting lung disease 3.Hemodynamic instabilit

To compare the change in Lung Ultrasound Score (LUSS) from ICU admission (T0) to 72 hours between the two study groups.Timepoint: from ICU admission at time 0 hour to 72 hours
