Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed patient of arsha fresh and previously operated patient of arsha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: incontinence of stool pregnant and lactating women bleeding diathesis

Primary

MeasureTime frame
improvement in anal bleeding and burning sensationTimepoint: 30days the trial drug will be given for 30days with anupan and follow up will be done after every 7days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
improvement in hard stoolTimepoint: after analyzing all the parameters the result will be assessed on the basis of symptomatic relief and improvement partial improvement after 7 days- patient get 30 percent relief from sign and symptoms improvement after 14 days- patient get 40-50 percent relief from sign and symptom improvement after 21 days- patient get 60-80 percent relief from sign and symptom cured after 30 days- patient get 81-100 percent relief from sign and symptom
