Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Undergoing elective laparotomy surgeries such as gastrectomy cholecystectomy colon and small bowel resection whipple procedure and splenectomy ASA Score less than 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with altered level of consciousness undergoing laparoscopic or robotic surgeries those on chronic treatment with analgesic those who had undergone surgery in the past who are physically challenged Who are pregnant women
