Inclusion criteria: DIAGNOSES CASE OF LATERAL EPICONDYLITIS BY MEDICAL PRACTITIONARE AGE GROUP 20 TO 60 YEARS BOTH GENDERS ARE INCLUDED PATIENT POSITIVE WITH COZENS, MILLS AND MAUSLEYS TEST

Exclusion criteria: RECENT FRACTURES OF UPPER LIMB UPTO 3 MONTHS REFEERED PAIN FROM CERVICAL SPINE TILL HAND PATIENT UNDERGONE ANY OTHER TREATMENT SUCH AS STERIOD INJECTION IN PAST 6 MONTHS ACTIVE INFECTION ANTICOAGULATION THERAPY
