Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of both sex. Ageing between18-30years Badminton players who are willing to participate in the study No lower limb injuries in last 6 months Playing 3-5 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with Musculoskeletal injuries Individual with neurological condition affecting balance with any known cardiovascular pathologies

Hexagon Test Vertical Jump Test Single Leg Hop TestTimepoint: PRE INTERVENTION and POST-INTERVENTION FOR ALL FOUR WEEKS HEXAGON TEST and SINGLE LEG HOP TEST Procedure an average of three trails will be taken as final score VERTICAL JUMP TEST standing reach height in cm maximum jump reach height in cm and vertical jump height in cm
