Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult aged 30 to 60 years Clinically diagnosed ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke More than 3 months post stroke Presence of post stroke depression symptoms identified using a validated screening tool Able to understand and follow simple verbal instructions Willing to provide written consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment Severe aphasia interfering with participation Major psychiatric illness other than depression Severe medical conditions contraindicating mild to moderate physical activity Unstable neurological status or recurrent stroke during the study period Current participation in any structured yoga or meditation or mind-body program Substance abuse or alcohol dependence Severe visual or auditory impairment limiting participation
