Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: School children aged 11-15 years Students with regular access to smartphones/television/ computer Children willing to participate Parents/Guardian consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with diagnosed psychiatric disorders Children with severe chronic illness Students absent during intervention period Children currently receiving treatment for eating disorders
