Intervention1: Nordic walking: Participants allocated to the intervention group will perform supervised Nordic Walking using Nordic walking poles for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week. Control Intervention

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals classified as having low physical activity levels according to ACSM guidelines. Apparently healthy individuals with no diagnosed cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or musculoskeletal conditions that could limit walking performance. Individuals not participating in any structured exercise programme during the previous 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with any diagnosed cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or uncontrolled metabolic disorders, or with contraindications to moderate-intensity exercise as per ACSM guidelines. 2.Individuals with musculoskeletal conditions, recent injury, or surgery affecting the lower limbs or spine that may limit walking or exercise performance. 3.Individuals with abnormal resting vital signs, including uncontrolled blood pressure or heart rate at the time of screening. 4.Individuals currently engaged in regular structured exercise or training programs within the last 3 months.
