Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing for clinical trial patients with age between 31 to 60 years patients possessing signs and symptoms of Madhumeha Freshly diagnosed confirmed case of Madhumeha on the basis of diagnostic criteria FBS 126 to 200 mg/dl and PPBS 200 to 300 mg/dl Hba1c 6.5 to 7.5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing for clinical trial and not fulfilling the criteria patient below the age of 31 years and above 60 years FBS level less than 126 mg/dl and more than 200 mg/dl PPBS level less than 200 mg/dl and more than 300 mg/dl HbA1c less than 6.5 percent and more than 7.5 percent IDDM gestational diabetes MODY LADA endrocrinopathies pregnant and lactating women
