Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indiviuals aged 25 to 45 years university students and working professionals regular laptop users using laptop for occupational purposes willing to participate and provide informed consent consistently used a laptop for atleast 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent Musculoskeletal injury or surgery less than 6 months Diagnosed neurological disorders affecting posture congenital muskuloskeletal deformities individuals using desktop setup
