Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having clinical signs and symptoms of parikartika Diagnosed as parikartika Both gender of agegroup 19 to 60 years Per rectal bleeding with cutting anal pain and burning Patients with systemic illness like diabetes hypertension along with continuation of their medicines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infected fissure Ulcerative colitis crohns disease HIV Hbsag VDRL syphilis TB Malignancy
