Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants between 20 and 35 years of age. Having mild to moderate crowding and spacing. Undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment on both jaws. Having communication software such as WhatsApp or Telegram installed. Having an Android operating system on their phone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History or presence of periodontal problems, such as bleeding on probing (BOP) or a pocket depth (PD) of 4 mm or greater. Presence of systemic diseases. Presence of cavities on the buccal surfaces of the examined teeth. Presence of white spots on the buccal surfaces of the examined teeth. Presence of restorations on the buccal surfaces of the examined teeth.
