Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 50 patients with intrinsic brain tumors located near Brocas area being planned for surgery under general anaesthesia, will be included. 2. The patients age between 18 and 80 will be included in the study. 3. Patients with MRC grade greater than or equal to 3 only will be included to establish the motor control baseline in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pacemaker implantation, tumors other implanted devices will not be included in this study. 2. We will not include pregnant or neonates in our study. Informed consent of the patient or the relatives in their local language will be obtained. The investigators will explain the study and the outcome to the patient.
