Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.College students aged 17-27 years, having non-specific low back pain & Sacroiliac joint dysfunction. 2.College students having a visual analogue scale score 3 to 5 at the onset of low back pain. 3. Gender both male & female. 4.Participants with non-specific low back pain and Sacroiliac joint Dysfunction, have not had any related treatment in the last month. 5.BMI- 18.5-24.9 Kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous spinal surgery or spinal trauma, including vertebral fracture or spinal infection. 2.Pregnancy or any medical condition that contraindicates exercise, such as cardiovascular disease or postural hypotension. 3.Postpartum females within 6 months after delivery. 4.Presence of musculoskeletal deformities such as limb length discrepancy, scoliosis and kyphosis. 5.History of low back pain due to lumbar disc herniation or any other specific spinal pathology. 6.Diagnosed osteoporosis affecting the lumbar spine.
