Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients of 17-50 years of age of either sex. -Patients of PARIKARTIKA without diseases like tuberculosis, hypertension, diabetes mellitus etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Unwilling patients. b. Evidence of active peri-anal sepsis. c. Malignancy. d. Patient having Ulcerative Colitis. e. Patient having Crohn s disease f. Patient suffering from Syphilis. g. Patient with HIV , Hepatitis. h. Patient older than 55 years of age and younger than 17 years of age. i. Patient suffering from heart disease. j. If patient is taking blood thinner medicine
