Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primiparous mothers diagnosed with mild to moderate postpartum anemia hemoglobin level between 7 and 10.9 grams per deciliter within 1 to 3 days following delivery. Discharged and residing within Puducherry. Owning and capable of operating an Android smartphone. Willing to participate and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers with severe postpartum anemia hemoglobin below 7 grams per deciliter requiring immediate blood transfusion. Mothers with known medical comorbidities such as cardiac renal or hepatic diseases. Mothers whose infants are admitted to neonatal intensive care or have congenital anomalies causing severe maternal distress.

Maternal knowledge, attitude, and practice KAP scores regarding postpartum anemia management, dietary modifications, and health behaviors are evaluated using a researcher developed, expert validated KAP questionnaire.
