Intervention1: Platelete Rich Fibrin: Around 5 ml of whole venous blood will be collected in sterile test tubes without anticoagulant. The test tubes are then placed in a centrifugal machine at 3000

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient willing to undergo prosthetic replacement with dental implant in the maxillary posterior tooth region. 2. Participants willing to sign on a written consent form. 3. Male and female patients aged between 20 and 60 years. 4. Systemically healthy patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic disease condition which would affect the clinical outcome 2. Use of any form of tobacco 3. Patients with habit of tobacco chewing / smoking 4. Individuals with poor oral hygiene. 5. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
