Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed and written consent from next of kin Traumatic brain injury presenting to ICU within 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unilateral/bilateral ocular pathology Facial trauma affecting orbits/eyeballs Hydrocephalus Hyperthyroidism with exophthalmia History of glaucoma History of sub arachnoid haemorrhage Polytrauma
