Inclusion criteria: Age between 18to60 years both male and female BMI according to WHO criteria more than 25 to 30 Clinical signs excess fat weakness dyspnea on exertion excess sleep Willingness - patients who voluntarily consent and are ready to follow the treatment and dietary protocol .
