Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Plantar corns on the sole of the foot,male and female with adult age 18 to 60 years,patient who are willing to givenwritten inform consent to participate in comparative study, adhere to follow up schedule,Patient capable understanding answering the EQ-5D-5L Questionnaire,Patient who have not used any Keratolytic application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pantar warts Diabetic Foot Ulcer Callus without a central Core Uncontrolled Diabetes Peripheral Vascular Disease Severe Neuropathy Secondary Bacterial Infection Ulceration Suppuration which requiring Surgical drainage Pregnant or Lactating Woman

To Compare The Degree Of Improvement Between Ferrum Picricum and Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine by Change in The EQ-5D-5LIndex ScoreTimepoint: Every 15 days

Assess the Changes in the Clinical signs and Symptoms of Plantar Corns in Both GroupsTimepoint: Minimum 3 Follow up will be Mandatory during Study Period First Follow up will be done after 15 days than Follow up duration will be considered as per Progress of Case
