Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women of age group 19-45 years of age. Diagnosed with kaphaj yonivyapad with clinical features of Yoni Kandu/Shweta-Sheet Picchil Yonistrav Or Alpvedna. Non-Gravid Patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy/Lactation. Drug Allergy Systemic Diseases-k/c/o-tuberculosi sexually Transmitted Diseases, Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases, HIV. Pv bleeding.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the clinical improvement 8n vaginal candidiasis by evaluating changes in vaginal discharge, itching, burning sensation and vaginal smear from baseline to the end of treatment.Timepoint: 1week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the recurrence rate after completion of therapy in each group during a defined follow-up upto 3 months period. To analyze the safety of oral, local, & combined Ayurvedic interventions in Kaphaja Yonivyapad. Any adverse effects of Pippalyadi Varti & Pippalyadi churna in Kaphaj Yonivyapad will be noted.Timepoint: Follow up upto 3months
