Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of SCI who are having PI visiting AIIMS Patna PMR department Sterile wound c/s Grade 2 and 3 pressure injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled DM/HTN Immunosuppressed conditions Use of systemic steroids Age less than 18 age more than 65 Active systemic infection or sepsis Coagulopathy or anticoagulant use
