Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age-30-50 years. Working hours more than 6 hours/day. Sitting job, desk job, IT professionals. VAS Score - 4-7cm NDI Score - 15-34 (moderate to severe).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any recent fractures, surgery or trauma to the spine, shoulder or upper quadrant (within last 6 months). 2. Any neurological conditions like stroke, cervical radiculopathy, neuropathies, balance issues. 3. Pregnant women. 4. Diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis, Rheumatoid arthritis. 5. Use of any assistive devices or orthosis.
