Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients 2. Admitted in ICU for more than equal to 48 hours 3. Critically ill with APACHE II score of more than equal to 15

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to give informed consent 2. Patients with pre-existing neuromuscular illness 3. Age less than 18 years 4. Admitted in ICU for less than 48 hours
