Inclusion criteria: Male players with a background of more than 1 years of training and competitive experience in soccer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No musculoskeletal injury in the previous 6 months Any medical problems that could compromise participation or performance in the study Any lower extremity surgery in the past one year
