Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Current episode of hives should be present for less than 6 weeks Patient must have active measurable baseline daily urticaria activity score more than 2 Who are conscious cooperative willing to fill out daily symptom tracking diary and provide voluntary informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of regular recurring hives lasting more than 6 weeks Confounding skin condition that mimic hives such as urticarial vasculitis erythema multiforme atopic dermatitis or active scabies Systemic disease such as showing signs of angioedema involving upper respiratory tract Patient who consumed any allopathic medicine within 48 hours
