Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants of all sexes between the ages of 20-60 years. 2. Participants with BMI greater than or equal to 30 .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism or systemic illness. 2. Participants on steroids and antipsychotics. 3. Participants who are pregnant and lactating mother. 4. Participants with skin lesions and allergic reactions.
