Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than equal to 18 years of age 2. Radiologically confirmed mechanical SBO or LBO by CT 3. Hemodynamically stable and able to undergo PET/CT 4. FAPI PET/CT is feasible within 72 hours of imaging diagnosis or before definitive surgery if earlier 5. Should be able to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy/Lactation 2. Unstable patient requiring immediate life saving surgery, where PET would delay care 3. Inability to give consent
