Interventions

Intervention1: Rotary Pastinject Pastefiller: Pastinject paste filler is an endodontic paste delivery system designed for precise obturation of primary root canals. The instrument is made of stainle
the absence of cutting edges results in no cutting efficiency, enabling the instrument to function exclusively as a carrier of obturating materials. The Lentulo spiral can be used manually or mounted

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary anterior teeth indicated for pulpectomy. 2. Teeth in which minimum of two third root is present. 3. Participants whose parents will give written consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any systemic disease and congenital abnormality. 2. Medically compromised children 3. Non-restorable teeth. 4. Internal or pathological external root resorption 5. Presence of developmental anomalies

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Rotary obturation delivery systems have been introduced to enhance the uniformity, density, and extent of obturating material, and the findings of this study may help identify an effective rotary obturation paste filler instrument that ensures adequate canal filling with minimal voids and optimal obturation length, thereby improving the clinical outcomes of pulpectomy in primary anterior teeth.Timepoint: At baseline
