Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: male patients aged greater then 50years ago Diagnosed with Benign Prostate hyperplasia IPSS Scale Indicating moderate to severe symptoms
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with prostate cancer or other urological malignancies patients with repeat TURP surgery patient with mentally unstable
