Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male recreational football players between 18 to 25 years Willingness to participate and provide informed consent Minimum 2 years of playing experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower limb or spinal injuries or surgeries in the past year except ankle injuries Osteoarticular or musculoskeletal disorders Current musculoskeletal pain History of abdominal surgeries Neurological disorders or any vestibular or balance diseases affecting balance or motor performance History of Low back pain in the last 6 months and any fracture
