Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of age 25 55 years. 2. Probing depth of more than 6mm. 3. Subjects with 2 or 3 wall intrabony defect in the posterior teeth with radiographic evidence of vertical bone loss more than 3mm. 4. Subjects willing to participate in the study 5. Subjects with normal hematological count 6. Subjects with properly aligned tooth at the site of defect ..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 2. Use of any form of tobacco. 3. Subjects with any systemic disease that contraindicate in periodontal surgery 4. Having history of drug usage that impact wound healing or platelet function such as anticoagulants, immunosuppressants . 5. Subjects who are under periodontal therapy from the past 6 months.
