Inclusion criteria: All histologically confirmed gastric OR GEJ adenocarcinoma Age 18 year to 99 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age more than 99 years other histologic subtypes

To determine the prevalence of CLDN18 positivity and HER2 low status in gastric and GEJ adenocarcinomaTimepoint: At the end of the enrollment of last patient and before 2 years.

To correlate CLDN 18 with clinicopathologic factors Histological grade weight loss dysphagia pain vomiting reflux obstruction To compare CLDN 18 expression between non metastatic & metastatic Timepoint: At the end of enrollment of last patient & before 2 years
