Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| It is anticipated that all groups will show favorable clinical and radiographic outcomes following pulpectomy. However, differences are expected in the behavior of the obturating materials, with MTA likely demonstrating superior sealing ability and long-term stability. Metapex may exhibit faster resorption, which can be beneficial in cases of overfilling but may lead to void formation over time, while Endoflas is expected to show intermediate resorption characteristics. Overall, all materials are expected to be clinically effective, but MTA may provide better retention of the treated tooth as a functional space maintainer until natural exfoliation.Timepoint: clinical and radiographic evaluation after 3 months ,6 months, 9 months and 12 months | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Parental satisfaction regarding the treatment outcome, measured using the Wong Baker Faces Rating Scale at predetermined follow-up intervals. Satisfaction scores will be documented and compared across the Metapex, Endoflas, and Mineral Trioxide Aggregate groups.Timepoint: evaluation after 3 months ,6 months, 9 months and 12 months | — |
