Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females aged 14-17 years 2. Females with altleast 1 year post-menarche. 3. Willing and able to participate in the study for 3 months and ready to provide informed written assent/consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Menstruation has not yet started. 2. Participants with chronic medical illness 3. Participants with major medical and psychiatric illnesses 4. Participants taking any hormonal pills 5. Participants on prolonged medications (duration more than 3 months). 6. Any other condition that the Principal Investigator thinks may jeopardize the study.
