Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with TSH levels between 5.0 uIL/mL to 20.0 uIL/mL. patients who are undergoing thyroid medications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any other systemic disorder like Diabetes mellitus, hypertension. Musculoskeletal or neurological conditions affecting the exercise program. Uncontrolled thyroid or recent changes in thyroid medications. Participation in any other tailored exercise program prior to the study. Pregnancy.
