Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.People aged between 18-60 years undergoing elective surgeries under general anesthesia 2.ASA I-II patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Uncooperative patients 2 Patients with inadequate mouth opening or restricted neck movement 3 Procedures requiring non supine position( prone or steep trendelenberg positions) 4.Patients with laryngeal/tracheal tumors/stenosis Patients with high risk of aspiration( full stomach, bowel obstruction,pregnancy, GERD, etc.)

It is anticipated that videolaryngoscopic-guided insertion of the Blockbuster Laryngeal Mask Airway (LMA) will demonstrate superior clinical performance and lesser complications compared to the conventional digital (blind) insertion technique in adult patients undergoing elective surgical procedures under general anesthesia.Timepoint: 18 months
