Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hemodynamically stable patients with limb trauma requiring amputation Age more than 18 yrs and less than 65 yrs Ready to consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Polytrauma patients Hemodynamically Unstable patients Patients with uncontrolled comorbidities Patient not willing to consent Aligned rib fractures
