Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who have persistent, non specific neck pain for three months or longer patients with postural issue patients with work hour at least 6 hours every day VAS score 4-7 indicates mild to moderate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of neck injury or surgery nervous disorders like myelopathy and radiculopathy recent physiotherapy treatment pregnancy
