Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female participants aged 30 55 years. 2. Individuals diagnosed with chronic non-specific low back pain lasting for more than 12 weeks. 3. Pain localized between the 12th rib and gluteal folds, with or without referred pain to the lower extremities. 4. Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) score between 4 and 8 at baseline. 5. Participants able to understand and follow verbal instructions and provide written informed consent. 6. Participants willing to attend all treatment sessions and assessment procedures throughout the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Specific low back pathology (fracture, infection, malignancy, inflammatory disorders). 2. Previous lumbar spine surgery. 3. Lumbar radiculopathy with neurological deficits. 4. Severe spinal deformity (e.g., scoliosis, spondylolisthesis). 5. Pregnancy. 6. Severe neurological, cardiovascular, or systemic diseases. 7. Participation in any concurrent rehabilitation program. 8. Inability to follow instructions or provide informed consent.
