Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre diabetic with insulin resistance and who yet to start medicine Individual willing to participate and ready to abide by study procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 20 and above 55 years Taking medicine for pre diabetes and other clinical condition i.e. PCOS, Dyslipidemia CAD IHD MI Participant having Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus secondary diabetes due to endocrinal disturbances FBS > 126 mg/dl and PPBS > 200 mg/dl. Individual not ready to abide by study procedure.
