Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.)first onset unilateral stroke. 2.)NIHSS score more than or equal to 5. 3.)Brunstrom motor recovery stage between 1 to 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.)Infra tentorial stroke. 2.)Psychiatry ilnessess. 3.)Other concurrent progressive neurological diseases. 4.)Secondary stroke emerging from other existing medical condition
