Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 to 65 years ASA physical status 1 and 2 Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia Patients willing to participate and providing informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with severe or recurrent history of PONV Emergency surgeries patients with contraindications to controlled ventilation
